Sfeir Engineering and Construction (SEC) is a construction management firm aiming at providing the clients with a full range of engineering services. Our mission is to come up with innovative engineering solutions to serve the needs of the various types of projects that we are undertaking. Yet a young established firm, it has been thriving to climb the ladder undertaking more than 25 projects in less than 5 years.

The mother company Bassem Sfeir Est.(BSE) was founded in 1982 as an Electro- Mechanical Design-build firm specialized in Air Conditioning and Ventilation. Since its Establishment the company has thrived to become a leader in the Lebanese market in the field of electro-Mechanical engineering. since its beginnings 30 years ago, BSE has remarkably enhanced its capacities with a portfolio covering a wide range of projects from residential developments, to commercial projects, health care, hotels, restaurants, sports centers, etc…

Aware of today’s engineering complexities and aiming to provide a better service to our long list of customers, Sfeir Engineering and Construction (SEC) was established, as an affiliate to BSE, with a similar vision but with the objective of covering a more general scope of engineering solutions.
In particular, the aim of SEC is to provide fully integrated design and construction management services.

Since its inception SEC was able to equip itself with experienced in-house multi-disciplinary engineers (Civil/structural, Electrical and Mechanical). Our engineers work around the clock by adopting the latest engineering innovations and technologies, in order to improve the company’s performance and maintain its sustainability.

Our vision is not to expand unreasonably but rather to build a well-established company able to face the challenges of the continuous evolving world of engineering.
